Shipping Policy

- NO REFUNDS (only store credits or exchanges)

-  We do NOT cover lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to include ROUTE package protection on all orders.

– Internationally orders will have a custom fee that customer is responsible for.

– If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us.  The additional cost of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED)

Standard Service: it could take from 2 to 6 weeks or even more depending on the destination (prices vary). It also depends on the time the local customs take to clear the package. If your local customs take longer, your package will take longer to arrive.

*Please note: the delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location and how long it takes to clear customs. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUYERS' OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

All packages are sent from our US warehouse.

FITTFASHION.COM is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@fittfashion.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fittfashion.com and send your item to: FITT FASHION, 4134 BLUEBONNET DR SUITE 116. STAFFORD TX 77477


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
